I see Direct auctions are advertising for an auction coming up soon, has anyone used them before and what sort of service do they provide? |

I think your first step should be to give them a quick call, it certainly wouldn't hurt to speak to them.
Make sure you ask about their commission and any other charges you would be liable for, what happens if the bid doesn't reach your asking price - will they offer your property at future auctions until it is sold and will there be charges for each auction? |
